Services
We provide domestic and international shipping, warehousing, freight forwarding, and related logistics services. Specific terms for each service are provided at the time of booking or in your service agreement.
Shipper responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate shipment details, lawful contents, proper packaging, and compliance with import/export regulations. Prohibited items will not be accepted and may be refused or destroyed per applicable law.
Rates & payment
Quoted rates are based on information provided at booking. Additional charges may apply for customs duties, remote delivery, re-weighs, or special handling. Payment terms are due as specified on your invoice.
Liability
Liability for loss or damage is limited as set forth in our service terms and applicable conventions (e.g., Warsaw/Montreal for air cargo). Declared value coverage may be purchased where available.
Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within the time limits specified in your shipping documentation. Late claims may not be honored.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable local and international trade laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate legal channels.
